Gates of Hell
The two skull-guarded doors that swing open when a Hollow guilty of grave crimes is purified: a giant blade runs it through and drags it into Hell.
Ichigo sees them for the first time when he defeats Shrieker, the Hollow who was a murderer in life. In the one-shot "No Breaths From Hell" Hell returns to the heart of the story: during the Konsō Reisai for Ukitake the gates open and Kokutō, a damned soul, comes out to drag Ichigo and his companions into Hell.
