Bleach · Character
Shrieker
シュリーカー
A Hollow who was a serial killer in life: it torments the soul of the boy Yūichi Shibata, whose mother it had killed. It is the first damned soul dragged into Hell before Ichigo's eyes.
When Ichigo defeats it, the Zanpakutō does not purify it: the gates of Hell swing open, a blade runs it through and pulls it inside. That is how Ichigo learns that Hell exists.
