Bleach · Location
Summit of the Las Noches dome
The roof of the dome, under Hueco Mundo's real night sky: here Ulquiorra unleashes his Segunda Etapa and kills Ichigo — who rises again transformed into a full Hollow.
Ulquiorra chooses to fight above the dome because his Segunda Etapa is too destructive for the inside. Orihime's scream wakes Ichigo in a Hollow form that no longer recognises anyone: he tears Ulquiorra apart and wounds Uryū as well. As he crumbles away, Ulquiorra reaches out to Orihime and understands, at last, what a heart is.
