The white room, with a single crescent window, where Orihime is held prisoner in Ulquiorra's custody. This is where Ichigo and Ulquiorra clash for the first time in Las Noches.
Ulquiorra visits Orihime every day, questioning her about the 'heart' humans talk about. Loly and Menoly attack her out of jealousy over Aizen, and Grimmjow carries her off to force her to heal Ichigo so he can fight him at full strength. The room's position in the fortress is indicative.
