Jugram Haschwalth
ユーグラム・ハッシュヴァルト
Grand Master of the Sternritter and Yhwach's designated successor, letter 'B', The Balance: he redistributes misfortune, diverting the wounds he receives onto his enemies.
As a child he was a talentless Quincy, saved by Bazz-B and chosen by Yhwach as his 'other half': while the emperor sleeps, he holds his powers. He kills Sasakibe at the start of the war, cuts down Bazz-B when he rebels and faces Ichigo and Uryū at Wahrwelt. He dies when Yhwach takes back his share of power.
