Retsu Unohana (Yachiru Unohana)
卯ノ花烈
The gentle captain of the Fourth Division, the best healer in the Soul Society. Behind the smile is Yachiru Unohana, the first Kenpachi: the greatest criminal in the Soul Society's history.
She learned to heal so she could keep fighting longer. When he was a child, Kenpachi Zaraki was the only one who could hold his own against her, and she was disappointed when he began holding back. In the war against the Wandenreich, Kyōraku asks her to teach Kenpachi how to fight: she kills and heals him again and again in Muken, until he regains his full strength and cuts her down. She dies happy.
