Shūhei Hisagi
檜佐木修兵
The Ninth Division lieutenant with '69' tattooed on his face and three scars over his eye. He fears his own sword, and that is why he believes he deserves it.
He revered Tōsen, who taught him that anyone who does not fear their own sword should not wield it. At the replica Karakura he has to face him, and does it with Kazeshini's scythe; in the novel 'Can't Fear Your Own World' he also reveals his Bankai.
