Kanae Katagiri
片桐叶絵
The Ishida family's maid who looked after Masaki, later Ryūken's wife and Uryū's mother. A mixed-blood Quincy, she dies from the effects of Yhwach's Auswählen.
Her story is told by Isshin to Ichigo in the thousand-year war: she shows that the Auswählen struck every 'impure' Quincy on the very day Masaki died.
