Noelle Silva

A princess of the royal Silva house, unable to control her water magic for years: in the Black Bulls she finds the first place where she is not 'the family's mistake'.

Raised believing she killed her mother by being born, Noelle spends her childhood under her siblings' insults. Her magic explodes uncontrolled until, at Nean, she realises she has to protect someone instead of fearing herself. From there hers is the sharpest growth arc in the series: the Valkyrie Dress against Vetto, the Sea Dragon's Roar, the merger with the water spirit Undine in the Heart Kingdom and finally the Saint Valkyrie Dress with which she faces Vanica, the woman serving the devil that took her mother away.
