Connie's village in southern Wall Rose: in 850 Connie finds it empty, with a Titan lying on his house that has his mother's face.

Ragako's inhabitants were turned into Titans by Zeke's spinal fluid, released in the village as a gas: they are the Titans that appeared inside Wall Rose with no breach at all. Only years later does Connie understand what happened, and when the Titans vanish from the world in 854, his mother becomes human again.
