The capital at the centre of Wall Sina, seat of the king, the government and the Military Police: the safest place in the world for those who live within the Walls.

Mitras is where the Walls' politics are decided: the famine after Maria's fall, the persecution of the Survey Corps, Erwin's coup that topples the false king and puts Historia on the throne. In 854, while Eren is a prisoner, the Yeagerists kill Supreme Commander Zackly here with a bomb.

  1. Eren's trialYear 850Before Zackly's military tribunal, the Military Police wants Eren dissected, the Survey Corps wants him to retake Wall Maria. Levi beats him in front of everyone to prove he can control him: Eren goes to Erwin.
  2. Zeke's planYears 851-853Yelena lays out Zeke's plan: combine his royal blood with Eren's Founder to control the power, and use the Rumbling as a deterrent for fifty years. The government is wary; Eren stays silent — and is already thinking of something else.
  3. Eren imprisonedYear 854Back on Paradis, Eren is imprisoned for acting alone. Historia is pregnant to escape the plan that would make her heir to the Beast; Zeke is held in the Forest of Giant Trees in Levi's custody.
  4. The Yeagerists kill ZacklyYear 854A Yeagerist bomb kills Supreme Commander Zackly. Floch and his followers take control of part of the army; Eren breaks out and heads to Shiganshina to meet Zeke.
