Kiyone Kotetsu
虎徹清音
One of the two third seats of the Thirteenth Division, forever competing with Sentarō to please captain Ukitake. Isane's younger sister.
She and Sentarō share the rank because, after Kaien's death, Ukitake never appointed a new lieutenant. Their rivalry is one of the Soul Society's running gags.
