Jujutsu Kaisen · Character
Tengen
天元
The immortal sorcerer who for over a thousand years has upheld the barriers protecting Japan and the school. To avoid transforming beyond humanity, it must merge every five hundred years with a Star Plasma Vessel.
Riko's death in 2006 prevents the merger: Tengen evolves into a being no longer human that can be controlled like a cursed spirit. It is Kenjaku's ultimate target, who wants to merge humanity with Tengen; after Yuki's death, Kenjaku absorbs it.
