The Second Espada, death's aspect of Old Age: the 'King of Hueco Mundo' who ruled from Las Noches before Aizen overthrew him. His Respira ages and decays everything it touches.
Serving Aizen is a humiliation he never swallowed. At the replica Karakura he fights Soi Fon, Ōmaeda and Hachigen; wounded, his own Respira, sealed and turned against him by Hachigen, consumes him. He dies cursing Aizen.
