Aaroniero Arruruerie
アーロニーロ・アルルエリ
The Ninth Espada, death's aspect of Greed: an evolved Gillian whose head is a glass tube holding two talking skulls. He devours Hollows and takes on their forms and powers.
Among his prey is Metastacia, and with it Kaien Shiba's body: that is why he can show himself to Rukia with her lieutenant's face. Rukia kills him with Sode no Shirayuki's third dance.
