Black Clover · Location
Magic Parliament
The kingdom's judicial body, led by chief justice Damnatio Kira: it judges the Magic Knights and, with his Scale Magic, weighs guilt against merit.
Overwhelmingly made up of nobles, the Parliament uses the law as a tool of class. It puts the Black Bulls on trial after the Elf Reincarnation and, in the final arc, declares Asta a danger to the kingdom because of the devil he carries.
