The isolated eastern country Yami comes from: no grimoires, only ki and the sword. Here Asta gets back on his feet after his defeat by Dante.

Shielded by a barrier that keeps the rest of the world out, the Land of the Sun lives on tradition: its warriors read their opponent's ki and cut with the blade what elsewhere is fought with spells. Yami was swept away from here as a boy by a storm at sea; his sister Ichika has never forgiven him for it.
