Amazon Lily

Flung onto the island of the all-female Kuja, Luffy wins the heart of Empress Boa Hancock, who becomes his ally and leads him to Impel Down to save Ace.

Kuma flings Luffy onto Amazon Lily, the island of the all-female Kuja warriors in the Calm Belt. Sentenced to death as a male intruder, Luffy instead wins Empress Boa Hancock's heart by seeing, without judging, the slave brand she hides in shame. On learning his brother Ace will be executed, Luffy convinces Hancock to come with him: the Empress smuggles him into Impel Down using her Warlord status.
