Flying Thunder God Technique (Hiraishin no Jutsu)

The "Yellow Flash" technique. Instant teleportation to any object marked with the Hiraishin seal.

Minato threw kunai with the seal engraved on them, then teleported to them mid-battle. Faster than any other technique, impossible to dodge if already struck.
