Spinning compressed chakra sphere held in the palm. Invented by the Fourth Hokage Minato.

Requires three learning stages: rotation, power, containment. No hand seals needed but a medium for shaping chakra. Naruto combines it with Wind Release to create the Rasenshuriken.
