Shiki

A legendary flying pirate of Roger's era, antagonist of 'One Piece: Strong World'.

Shiki 'the Golden Lion', the only one to escape Impel Down before Luffy, uses the Float-Float Fruit to levitate whatever he touches, islands included; he plotted to annihilate the East Blue with an army of mutant beasts.
