Chinjao
A legendary former pirate with a drill-shaped head, Sai's grandfather, once a terror of the seas with a 500-million bounty.
Chinjao 'the Drill', who in his youth challenged even Garp — who flattened his drill-skull with a punch — led the Happo Navy; he faced Luffy at the Colosseum and recognized in him the will inherited from his old rival.
