Caribou

A slimy, murderous pirate and user of the Swamp Logia, appearing at the start of the New World.

Caribou 'the Wet-Haired' traps his victims in the swamp-body of his Logia fruit; cowardly and opportunistic, he repeatedly lands in trouble chasing the crew and the sea's treasures.
