Lightning Cutter (Raikiri)

Kakashi's refined version of the Chidori. Concentrates lightning in the hand until it can "cut lightning itself", delivered in a lethal thrust.

Kakashi developed the Raikiri as an evolution of the Chidori; its name comes from the legend that he once cut a bolt of lightning with it. It relies on the Sharingan to offset the tunnel vision caused by the charge speed.
