Baby Saga
Dragon Ball GT: the Tuffle parasite Baby possesses the Z Fighters one by one until he takes over Vegeta, infects all of Earth and recreates Planet Plant. Goku attains the legendary Super Saiyan 4 and defeats him, but Earth is now doomed by the Black Star Dragon Balls.

- Super Saiyan 4 Goku vs. BabyDragon Ball GT · Baby SagaDragon Ball GT: on New Planet Plant, Baby-Vegeta becomes a Golden Great Ape. Goku, his tail regrown, tames his own Great Ape thanks to Pan and reaches Super Saiyan 4, defeating Baby and hurling him into the Sun.
- Uub fuses with Buu: Majuub is bornDragon Ball GT · Baby SagaDragon Ball GT: during the battle with Baby, Uub — Goku's pupil and the good reincarnation of Kid Buu — fuses with the good Majin Buu to become Majuub, and lends his energy to Goku.
- Piccolo's sacrifice and Earth restoredDragon Ball GT · Baby SagaDragon Ball GT: the Black Star Dragon Balls, charged with negative energy, are about to make Earth explode. The population is evacuated to New Namek; Piccolo chooses to stay and die with the planet to prevent the balls' future use. Earth is then restored with the Namekian Dragon Balls.
