Karifa

A Marleyan naval port on the northern coast of the mainland, one of the bases of Marley's fleet.

Its name is 'Africa' read backwards in katakana, just as Marley's continent is Africa turned upside down. In the plans discussed after the raid on Liberio it is the port where the whole world's allied fleet would gather to invade Paradis.
